Descripción

The Director, Integrated Strategy & Account Management leads the overall strategic planning and direction of multi-channel direct response fundraising programs for our agency clients, through partnerships with the analytics, media, production, digital and creative teams to ensure that campaigns meet clients’ goals and objectives. The Director, Integrated Strategy & Account Management oversees all aspects of program growth and execution, including client relationships, strategy development, analytics reporting and oversight, and channel integration across the team.

What you'll do:

  • Lead Strategic and Tactical Teams: Oversee collaboration within internal teams to exceed client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop Long-term Strategies: Create integrated strategies for account retention, success, and program expansion.
  • Client-Focused Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic planning through a CXM framework.
  • Senior Client Contact: Understand client objectives, manage expectations, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Strong Client Relationships: Maintain relationships to ensure effective campaign planning and reporting, ensuring resource availability and scope management.
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop new approaches to enhance current practices, present recommendations, and share ideas throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign results, track test mailing programs, and report on budget and donor activity.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay informed about industry standards and contribute to Moore's presence through whitepapers, conferences, and trade shows.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Expertise in nonprofit marketing channels: direct mail, digital, telemarketing, email, social, mobile marketing, and direct response television.
  • Strong analytical skills, direct response knowledge, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with agency experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.

Education and Experience:

  • 8-10 years in national, nonprofit, multi-channel direct response fundraising.
  • 5 years in management or leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
