Descripción

Seeking a website analytics/marketing analyst to verify, interpret and report on website insights across several mission driven clients. This includes being able to understand and internalize marketing channel mix, SEO, SEM and website UX best practices. 


The analyst will be the owner of the data to ensure quality and efficacy as that information moves through to strategy and tactics.  This role works with a lead strategist to best understand client needs and recommend tactics for improvement. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining and verifying data in GA4 and Looker Studio as well as slides decks that are delivered to each client. To succeed in this role, candidates should have mastery of the GA4 and curiosity about website/marketing improvement in the mission driven space.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Own the data that drives insights for website optimization
  • Verify reporting data for analysis with strategist from GA4, Ads, Search Console, etc.
  • Identify data trends and anomalies for clients to look out for
  • Work in Looker Studio and Slides to create monthly & quarterly performance reports for mission driven clients. 
  • Compile quarterly client data sheets from relevant sources (ads, analytics, etc.)
  • Work with strategist to learn optimization techniques and tactics rooted in the data
  • Maintain Looker Studio Dashboards, including updating charts, new page creation, resource connections, template updates and ad hoc modifications
  • Collaborate with team via Slack, Asana and google docs
  • Develop advanced analytical skills around website optimization tactics 


Qualifications:

  • Current Google Analytics 4 Certification 
  • Experience with website or business reporting for non technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4 (Google Tag Manager would be ideal)
  • Experience with website design, website strategy, website maintenance or content management 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process and tactics
