Client Opportunity:  Partner Success Manager at Rewriting the Code

Rewriting the Code (RTC) is a nonprofit organization committed to increasing student and early career women’s power in becoming the next generation of tech leaders.  RTC has created a fast-growing, global community of over 25,000 women across 110+ countries who are supported in their professional and personal growth through community, educational programming, and connections with RTC’s corporate partners.

About this Opportunity

As a key member of the Member and Partner Engagement team, this role serves as the main point of contact for existing RTC industry partners and connection to RTC members, establishing and nurturing strong working relationships with a mindset for reciprocity.  Will drive partner engagement and expand the company’s reach by enhancing its offerings to our members through these strategic partnerships, while providing superior account and program management support to our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Management. Cultivate lasting relationships with partner organizations, ensuring mutual fulfillment of commitments, and manage annual contract renewals to align with RTC’s strategic goals.
  • Account + Program Management. Serve as the main contact for corporate partners, overseeing onboarding, daily support, and the coordination of partnership programs and events. Ensure a seamless partnership experience and drive member engagement through tailored initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring. Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze partnership performance. Provide insights that inform future strategies and enhance decision-making processes.

About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.   
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience successfully working with corporate partnerships and accounts, and/or recruitment initiatives, within early talent, tech, or non-profit spaces preferred. 
  • Experience collaborating internally with departments such as talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as IT in large organizations, demonstrating a strong grasp of interconnected business strategy.

Knowledge + Skills

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify the needs of RTC’s community members and develop opportunities with existing partner organizations into successful collaborations to fulfill those needs. 
  • Keen insight and desire to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion for women in tech.
  • Demonstrated expertise with digital tools and communication platforms (Zoom, Slack), CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot), applicant tracking systems and project management tools, as well as cloud-based office suites.
