Earthjustice's Human Resources team is seeking a One-Year Compensation Coordinator to provide essential support to ensure our 600-person organization's compensation is competitive and equitable. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Compensation & Metrics. The Compensation Coordinator will support the Director's day-to-day work, including during the upcoming comprehensive compensation review process, which will require highlighting key findings and next steps from meetings, checking for consistency within job descriptions, archiving and filing documentation, and sending out communications to staff about market and promotional adjustments.
This is a 12-month, full-time (37.5 hours/week) role with an anticipated start date in mid-November 2024. The successful candidate may work remotely or a hybrid in-person/remote schedule from one of our regional offices. Preference will be given to those who can work Central or Mountain Time.
