Housing Navigator MA is a Massachusetts-based 501(c)(3) that addresses a glaring digital divide around one of the most important choices we make – where to live. We center the experience of people seeking their way home every day through our site and leverage our unique vantage point connecting renters, owners, and public agencies to make change.

THE OPPORTUNITY: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
HNMI is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven, and hands-on Executive Director (ED) to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and development. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and build partnerships and relationships to ensure the sustainability and success of the organization. This individual will be responsible for implementing HNMI's next growth phase, cultivating partnerships, managing staff, and serving as the public face of the organization.
