The Senior Manager of K-12 Partnerships will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen and scale the nationwide impact of the Active Minds’ K-12 network. Through dynamic and visionary leadership, the Senior Manager of K-12 Partnerships will develop outreach strategies and partnerships between Active Minds and K-12 organizations, specifically supporting adult stakeholders (i.e. educators, parents, caregivers, etc.) in districts, schools, and national associations. This position will be part of the K-12 Initiatives team and will support Active Minds in redefining mental health in K-12 schools through supporting youth as they grow as mental health advocates in their schools and communities through Active Minds’ unique youth empowerment and peer-powered approach.
The Senior Manager of K-12 Partnerships reports to the Director of K-12 Initiatives and will work collaboratively with the Active Minds Chapters and Higher Education teams, among other Active Minds staff members.

Minimum salary for this position is $70,000 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and sick time; paid federal holidays; health, dental and vision coverage; and 401(k) matching. The starting pay for this position is equal to others at the same level throughout the organization. Candidates whose experience meets both the minimum and preferred qualifications may be considered for a starting salary that exceeds the current amount.
