We are a mission -driven law firm - a certified B Corp, a public benefit company, and a worker-owned cooperative. For almost a decade we have supported almost exclusively social enterprises, impact investors, family offices, nonprofits and NGOs, and international organizations and funds seeking a U.S. presence for purpose and profit fundraising. In 2017 we implemented a rigorous client screen in order to move closer to 100% in terms of the clients we take on. We currently sit at about 86%.
Most of our attorneys are in Colorado, and we have a few in Austin, TX, and Hong Kong (licensed in NY). Location-wise we are therefor agnostic, and working remotely is highly encouraged. In 2018 we received a "Best for the World" designation based on how we govern our cooperative.
