Established in 1977, NeighborWorks Orange County strengthens communities and enhances the quality of life for residents by promoting housing opportunities, financial responsibility, and civic engagement.

Our HomeOwnership Center is a one-stop-shop providing expert education, coaching, loan and realty services for home buyers, while offering listing services for current homeowners.  For over 35 years, we have helped thousands of families make smart home-buying decisions that make Orange County a better home for all.

All revenue earned through our services and donations is reinvested back into programs that support working families achieve home ownership and improve neighborhoods through community building.  

We are a chartered member of National NeighborWorks America network, affiliates to the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) and a member of the National Enterprise Network. NeighborWorks Orange County is certified by the U.S. Treasury Department as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and is HUD Certified Counseling Agency.
