As a result, more of our clients’ funds can be used to further their missions, such as eradicating disease, improving information flows in times of crisis, and protecting human rights defenders. We have developed a business model that allows us to work efficiently with a lower cost structure than other consulting firms, staffing only the actual resources needed to do the work. We are Seattle-based, and as a small business we do not employ a sales staff, senior partners, or depend on an extensive back office. We are nimble, flexible and respectful of resources.
