Urban Green Equities (UGE) is a full service urban regeneration company with extensive experience in socially responsible residential and commercial development. UGE has been developing and building community development transactions in New York, Connecticut and California for over 20 years. The company has developed and consulted with over 2000 housing units and approximately one million square feet of nonresidential space, mostly retail and community-driven facilities. UGE is experienced with large-scale redevelopment projects that use tax credit financing. The firm was founded to transform abandoned or neglected properties into modern and affordable homes, with a niche focus on public/private, transportation-based, mixed-use projects, including both rehabilitation and new construction.
