EMERGEWORKS is a non-profit social enterprise of Emerge Community Development, Minneapolis' Chamber of Commerce 2014 Non-profit of the Year. EMERGEWORKS has been providing staffing solutions to the Twin Cities since 1995. We are a founding member of the Alternative Staffing Alliance and our work has been nationally recognized for industry innovation. 

EMERGEWORKS is the only official Alternative Staffing Organization in Minnesota. Compared to traditional staffing agencies, Alternative Staffing Organizations have a better understanding of employer needs, higher quality of screening and matching employees, greater staff responsiveness, and worker supports that enhance performance and reliability.

We are based in North Minneapolis, with a presence in Cedar-Riverside
