Small World Food is a worker-owned cooperative based in Rochester, New York. Small World consists of three divisions: Bakery (bread, sweets, granola, fresh-ground flour, etc.), Fermentery (miso, sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, etc.), and Ice Creamery (dairy & vegan ice cream). We buy our ingredients directly from local organic farmers, and sell our products at local farmers' markets and wholesale to restaurants, cafés, and retail stores.

We are seeking people who enjoy working with food, love doing hard physical labor, and are excited about being a co-owner of their business. Prior experience in farming, food service, or business is a plus, but not required. There are opportunities to work in many different parts of the cooperative.
