With our signature HomeAdvance program, Sealed covers the costs and coordinates hassle-free home upgrades installed by our network of vetted contractors. We recover our investment with money saved on energy bills: if our customers don’t save energy, we don’t get paid. HomeAdvance is run in partnership with major energy brands like Con Edison, and with funding from New York State.

Based in New York City, Sealed was founded in 2012 by Andy Frank (energy efficiency veteran) and Lauren Salz (Forbes 30 under 30, former McKinsey) on a mission to solve our biggest climate challenge by using data analytics to turn energy savings into a bankable asset.
