Dutch Acres Farm

Dutch Acres Farm is located in Jacksonville, AR. We work with people both with and without disabilities to advance their horsemanship skills through competition or pleasure riding, and focuses on the life lessons horses can teach, including increasing confidence, learning to work within a team, accepting responsibility, and valuing hard work.

Dutch Acres is a place where we hope that riders and volunteers alike will find acceptance, grow in their knowledge of horses, and most of all have fun. We are committed to helping people of all ages both with and without disabilities to learn more about horsemanship in a safe and professional environment.

Here at Dutch Acres we have a saying, “dream until your dreams come true”. Our hope is to be an integral part of helping the people in our community see their dreams come true. 

We love to see the joy on a child’s face when they climb onto the back of a horse for the first time. Or when a persons disability suddenly no longer matters because their equine partner understands them, listens to them, and lets that person borrow their strong and capable legs. These are the dreams that we are committed to making a reality for our clients.
