Born in St. Petersburg and a graduate of the Mussorgsky College of Music, Misha has graced stages worldwide, including Carnegie Hall and the Blue Note. With over 150 recordings and 11 albums as a leader, including his recent releases on Criss Cross Jazz, Misha has collaborated with jazz legends such as Michael Brecker, Randy Brecker, and Joe Chambers. His distinctive style also featured prominently in the soundtrack of the Bill Cosby television cartoon, Little Bill.
