New York Kurdish Film and Cultural Festival, 8th Edition
This year's theme, "The Freedom of Expression in the Mother Tongue of Kurdish," highlights the importance of linguistic and cultural expression as essential to human rights, history, literature, and social organizing.
The festival will take place from October 12 to October 16, 2024, at the historic Village East by Angelika and Rosa Luxemburg NYC Office in New York City from October 17 to October 19, 2024. The lineup includes feature and short film screenings, book talks, live music performances, and engaging panel discussions.
