Adaptive Recreation & Learning Exchange (AR&LE) Mission Statement:

To offer opportunities for individuals with disabilities to actively participate in Recreation, Leisure and Community Education programs in the four cities of Blooington, Eden Prairie, Edina and Richfield.

Richfield Recreation Mission Statement:

Parks and Recreation brings meaning, purpose, and pleasure to people's lives. Quality recreation programs and facilities contribute to the well being of Richfield. The Recreation Services Department plays an integral role in providing opportunities for residents to interact with one another. The Department aggressively promotes fun, play, good health, strong families, volunteerism and environmental education to people of all ages.

AR&LE is a cooperative between the cities of Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina and Richfield that provides Recreation, Leisure and Community Education opportunities to individuals with disabilities.

The AR&LE Ski & Snowboard program provides seven weeks of fun, safe, quality ski/snowboard instruction to individulas with developmental disabilities.
