Reports To: Executive Director. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Salary and Hours: $32.24-$34.64/hour. Position is part-time, 32 hours per week. Paid time off includes 3 weeks vacation, increasing to 4 weeks after two years tenure, 8 personal days and 13 paid holidays/year. Health benefits. Parental, family and medical Leave. Sabbatical after 5 years. Monthly Home Office Stipend. Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate. Retirement plan.

General Statement of Duties
The People and Culture (HR) Manager manages the overall provision of HR services. The P&C Manager partners with management in the development and implementation of capacity building strategies, organizational design and development. They implement policies, and programs that serve the interest of employees and the organization. They support management in employee recruitment, onboarding, retention, staff development and employee relations. They maintain the HRIS and administer employee benefit plans. The P&C Manager implements and administers programs that support CDI’s values, employee wellness, satisfaction and commitment to DEIJ.
