POSITION SUMMARY
Baan Dek Foundation is currently looking for a Company Training Manager who will ensure the quality and timely delivery of training to construction company staff members of the BSI Initiative. By doing so, you will contribute to generating systemic impact, improving the social practices of the construction sector, and impacting tens of thousands of vulnerable families. You will work under the direct supervision of the director of Systemic Impact and Executive director and will manage a dynamic and committed team of trainers, playing an essential role in the success of Baan Dek's mission.

The main responsibilities of the Employee and will include, but are not restricted to the following:
Service Delivery to companies:
Networking and collaboration with service providers
Programme Improvement
Programme implementation
Update on a regular basis the indicators and communicate relevant information on training delivery to the Engagement officer in charge of Sales Force update.
Programme reporting and monitoring
HR and public relations:
Under the supervision of the Director of HR and Public Relations:
Strategy and partnerships:
Under the supervision of the Executive Director:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
Studies: Graduate qualifications (or a combination of undergraduate and relevant work experience) or a similar background
Working knowledge and skills:
Professional Experience:
Other skills and competencies:
Working hours: Full time - Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and evenings
Salary & Compensation: To be defined based on experience and qualifications
