About Custom Collaborative
Custom Collaborative supports adult women who are no/low-income as they launch sustainable fashion careers and businesses, enabling them to support themselves. By learning, building strong networks, and using their new skills, our participants overcome barriers to business ownership and employment, ultimately, changing the economics of the fashion industry.
Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Success Manager is responsible for fostering and accelerating the success of Custom Collaborative participants in the fashion industry and beyond. This role focuses on growing businesses’ awareness of Custom Collaborative (CC) and its participants' capabilities, with the primary goal of placing women in jobs and preparing them to succeed in their own businesses. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful partnerships in the form of apprenticeships, internships, and permanent jobs, in the fashion industry, the Success Manager will also advise and connect CC participants to support to start and grow their own businesses.

Benefits include generous and flexible paid time off; paid family and medical leave; healthcare plans for employees, dependent children, partners and spouses; supplementary funds to support staff wellness and professional development. Pay range for this full-time position is $65,000- $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
Please note that Custom Collaborative staff work in a hybrid in-office work-from-home model. The Success Manager is expected to work 3 days/week in-office at this time.
