ASNY:

America SCORES New York (ASNY) is a youth leadership organization that creates equitable opportunities for young people to experience sport, express themselves and inspire positive change off the field and outside the classroom. Our innovative programming pairs soccer, poetry and community service which together create a whole-child approach to youth development. ASNY partners with public schools in Upper Manhattan, the Bronx and Brooklyn to run after-school and summer programming for 1,500 youth from K through 12th grade, led mainly by public school teachers. We intend to grow our number of schools in the neighborhoods we currently serve as well as expand into Queens in the next two years.
