Fulfillment Operations Coordinator

Employment Horizons, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to support our Director of Fulfillment and Faculties in coordinating personnel and materials to satisfactorily perform all work under Fulfillment contracts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with staff and local businesses to create meaningful work for adults with disabilities. You will also be responsible for developing and conducting time studies. This position is 40 hours per week.

Salary: $19-$20/hour

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
• Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience driving a box truck
• CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to be trained
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organization and planning skills
• Ability to collaborate with others as part of a team
