The Board of Directors of AZSDR seeks an experienced nonprofit leader to guide this no -profit, no-kill animal shelter into its next phase. The organization is currently stable with a committed board of directors, small staff, dedicated volunteer support, and good financial standing. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the vision for future growth while understanding and responding to community needs.
Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 annually depending on experience. $3000 relocation bonus after six months of employment for out of state candidates.
