The Center for Court Innovation is a non-profit organization that works to create a more effective and humane justice system by performing original research and helping launch reforms by guiding justice innovators, nationally and internationally. The Center creates operating projects that have been documented to reduce the use of jail and prison, assist victims of crime, and strengthen communities.
The Bronx Community Justice Center (BxCJC; Justice Center), one of the Center's newest projects, works to create a safer, more equitable Bronx through community-driven safety initiatives, violence prevention, youth opportunity, and economic development efforts.
The Bronx Community Justice Center seeks a Program Manager, Community Organizing & Neighborhood Investment to lead our community organizing and youth led place-making initiatives with a strong focus on violence prevention, community safety and neighborhood revitalization. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Program Manager will lead community organizing, placed-based and place keeping strategies.

Position Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 11am-7pm. Some nights and weekends required.
Compensation: Salary is $66,500 and is commensurate with experience. Center for Court Innovation offers an excellent benefits package including comprehensive health, free basic dental coverage, vision insurance, short-term and long term disability, and life insurance. All healthcare benefits are effective on the date of hire. Paid time off includes 20 days of paid vacation per year, 15 paid sick days, Flexible Spending Account plans for health and dependent care, commuter FSA and offers a 10% employer match on the 403(b) retirement plan.
