Arlington Thrive provides emergency financial support and hope to our communities through a variety of unique assistance programs. Access to emergency funding, case management support, and additional resources that promote long-term solutions, give our neighbors the opportunity to thrive and live with dignity. Most clients are the working poor, elderly, and disabled people on a fixed income, and the homeless and formerly homeless who need Arlington Thrive’s funds as a “safety net” until they are able to get back on firmer financial footing. Arlington Thrive’s clients are among Arlington County’s most vulnerable residents.
Position Overview
The Community Resilience Program assistant position at Arlington Thrive is a key position responsible for the weekly administration of Thrive’s Community Resilience funding program. Looking for someone with a customer service mindset, patience in working with our clients, and accurate data entry skills. This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week and does not include benefits. This is a hybrid position, and you will be required to be in office for a significant portion of the hours worked.
