The candidate will be ready to hit the ground running and execute their duties with a high degree of emotional intelligence, confidentiality, collaboration and a proven ability to build and sustain trust, relationships and systems. The Senior Manager for People and Culture should have an intense passion for our mission and for supporting great, growing teams around the world and helping them thrive.
What You’ll Do
As Girl Rising’s first HR role, the Senior Manager for People and Culture will be responsible for codifying an HR infrastructure and introducing best practices that allow the organization to deliver people-centered processes across our global, virtual team of approximately 30 people regarding recruitment, hiring, compensation, benefits and onboarding, HR and benefits administration, employee reviews, DEI policies and practices, career advancement opportunities, and workplace culture practices. The Senior Manager for People and Culture is fully responsible for the development and administration of these systems.
