Summary

As a member of our Training Team, the Training Coordinator is primarily responsible to ensure Everas employees are prepared to provide quality supports and services to the people in our programs and meet all state and federal training requirements for their position. The Everas Training Coordinator has a direct impact in the lives of people with disabilities by supporting staff to understand their role and how to successfully perform their responsibilities in a manner reflective of the Everas core values. Your creativity, professionalism, enthusiasm, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes in Everas programs will be welcomed and valued as you work to manage and develop our employee training program.

Training Coordinator Duties include but are not limited to:

• Serve as a primary training instructor for all agency courses
• Coordinate training calendar, oversee training registration, attendance, and compliance
• Secure the necessary supplies and materials to offer engaging, professional trainings
• Evaluate, modify, and create new training content to meet the needs of agency employees
• Maintain organized files and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of related work experience
• Experience in curriculum development
• Dynamic and confident public speaker/trainer
• Flexible schedule to include evenings/weekends
• Criminal Background Check
• Valid NJ Driver’s license
• Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
