The Advising Program Manager will support the Advising department to implement BridgeYear designated cohorts at partner postsecondary training programs (e.g., short-term training programs and apprenticeships). In addition, the Manager will be responsible for managing scholarship administration (in partnership with a third-party organization) and advising cohorts of students pursuing postsecondary pathways.

This position reports to the Chief Program Officer/Co-Founder. The work location is Houston, Texas but will be hybrid (some days in office, some days at home, some days at school site).

* Please note that if you are applying for both Program Manager roles, you only need to submit one asynchronous video interview. However, there is a separate video interview for the Strategy and Operations Director role. Part 1 for all roles is different and you must submit a separate Part 1 application for each role you are applying for.
The final round will involve in-person interviews with the team between December 14-17. We aim to make final decisions by December 23, 2021.
