The Program Associate – Bookkeeping of Housing Unlimited, Inc. (HUI) has responsibility for the following primary goals:
· Carry Out bookkeeping and office administrative and fundraising matters including, but not limited to accounting operations, data entry, general filing, mailings, communications to HUI tenants and other stakeholders, etc.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Assist Director of Office Operations with accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Assist Director of Office Operations with financial record-keeping and bank reconciliations
· Assist Director of Office Operations with annual audits and tax filings
· Other duties as assigned.
Specific requirements include:
· Program Associate must be very detail oriented and organized
· Program Associate must have experience using QuickBooks Online
· Program Associate must have competency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· Program Associate must be able to engage HUI tenants in an empathic, respectful, and friendly manner
· Program Associate must be a person of honesty and integrity
Supervision and Direction
The Program Associate reports directly to and receives monthly performance evaluations from the Director of Office Operations
