Position Description: This 32-hour/week position supports the management of the grantmaking process and systems, as well as manage the communications and outreach plan. The position is hybrid, with an expectation of at least 16 hours/week spent in-office.Responsibilities include the following:
Experience and Education Requirements: a background in community-based, social work, or nonprofit management is preferred; a minimum of 5-years relevant work experience is required, ideally with involvement in grantmaking, fundraising, and/or project management. A post-secondary degree is preferred.
The Foundation is seeking a strategic thinker with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a small team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, flexible, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and take personal responsibility for their work. Most importantly, the Foundation is looking for someone who is passionate about our mission and work and is open to growth and learning.

Compensation: Salary range for 32/hours week is $72,000-$78,000, dependent on experience, with benefits package that includes health care coverage, 403b contributions, and paid time off.
