The talent recruitment operations associate is responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining systems and protocols to ensure the recruitment team operates at high levels in an efficient and timely manner. Working collaboratively with the talent recruitment and outreach teams, the talent recruitment operations associate engages in a rich and cultivating full-cycle recruitment process. This position offers an extraordinary opportunity to apply highly developed strategies and systems in operations, talent outreach, cultivation, and selection processing.
The ideal candidate can work independently and has the drive to thrive in a results-focused, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
