    • Provide support for the planning of voter education events, such as candidate forums and voter engagement trainings.
    • Work closely with other staff to integrate civic engagement into MinKwon’s other programs.
    • Represent MinKwon Center in key tables, coalitions and meetings with allies and government officials, and participate on panels and other public education opportunities.
    • Support the development and implementation of strategies for advocacy and organizing campaigns.
    • Perform research on voter and demographic issues impacting the Asian American community, as well as analyses of demographic data.
    • Supervise one or more staff in carrying out campaigns and overseeing potential interns and volunteers.
