We seek a dynamic leader to join our dedicated team of changemakers at

this critical inflection point in our organization’s growth. Our ideal

Disability Policy Consortium (DPC) is Massachusetts’ leading statewide disability rights organization. Since 1996, we have taken a multi-pronged approach to making Massachusetts and the wider world more accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities, from successfully

disabilities, to conducting nationally impactful studies on healthcare quality

for people with disabilities, to helping thousands of disabled MassHealth

members resolve issues with their care plans and providers and access the care

they need. In accordance with our credo About Us, By Us, nearly all of this work has been done by people with disabilities, who make up 75% of our staff, including our entire leadership

team. We are proud that, even as we have more than doubled our staff and budget

over the last six years, we have developed a warm, collaborative, and

transparent culture that prioritizes accessibility and supporting one another
