We’re looking for a numbers minded team player to support SWACH’s work to advance health care access and equity in Southwest Washington.

As Bookkeeper and HR Admin you’ll process accounts payable, prepare grant invoicing and process other receivables, work with our payroll provider to process bi-weekly payroll for 15-20 employees, support employee purchasing, reimbursement, and procurement card processes, assist with month and year end closes and audits, and assist with a variety of administrative HR tasks including employee onboarding and offboarding and benefits administration. This position reports to the Director of Finance and HR.

To be successful in this job, you’ll need the following:

·        Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.

·        Experience with financial management software, preferably Abila MIP and Microix Purchase Orders

·        Experience with web-based time and attendance systems and preparation of payroll for processing by third party payroll company

·        Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups

·        Tech Savvy – you’re comfortable using and learning a wide range of web based and desktop applications and know how to use help features and Google to find solutions to basic and intermediate problems

·        A passion for providing good “Customer Service” to co-workers, vendors, and funders and the ability and willingness to explain financial concepts to non-finance staff and patiently and professionally answer the same questions over and over again

Our ideal candidate would also have:

·        Experience with fund accounting for grants and contracts in a non-profit setting

·        Experience supporting a mostly remote workforce in a paperless setting

·        Experience with Procurement Cards

·        Experience with People Pro time and attendance software

·        Experience with HR Administration

This position requires that some regular duties be performed at the SWACH office in Vancouver, WA, with the option to work remotely as other duties allow.

Position requires successful completion of a criminal background check.

Compensación
