Job Title:            HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Reports to: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Location: BENGALURU/DELHI

Job Summary: 

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is not just a strategic position, but a unique opportunity to shape the alignment of the organisation’s mission and strategy with the aspirations and performance of its team members. By forming trusted partnerships across the organisation, the HRBP is at the forefront of talent, culture, and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization’s mission, culture, structure, business models, work plans, and strategic goals. As an individual contributor, the HRBP serves as a human resource strategist for the group.


Duties/Responsibilities (Indicative):

• Talent acquisition, engagement and retention

• Maintain internal and external benchmarking for compensation and benefits

• Design and implement a performance management framework

• Resolve complex employee relations issues

• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Identify talent gaps and hiring, upskilling, training and coaching needs

• Perform other related duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in the use of technology applications.


Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

• 8 – 12 years of experience in HR with a minimum of three years as an HRBP

• Candidates with a development sector background are preferred.
