Canva Graphic Designer 🎨

Key Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration:  Participate in weekly team meetings to align on priorities and tasks.
• Template Creation:  Develop and refine Canva templates for social media, job ads, and other visuals.
• Design Work:  Continuously work on creating high-quality infographics, job ads, and other ongoing projects.
• Design Review:  Review and enhance designs based on team feedback.
• Research Collaboration:  Partner with the research team to create visuals for press statements and grant applications.
• Handle New Requests:  Take on new design requests promptly as they arise.
• Design Finalization:  Finalize and prepare designs for approval, ensuring they meet brand standards.
• Ad Hoc Tasks:  Assist with ad hoc tasks like creating event posters and other necessary designs.
• Wrap-Up Tasks:  Complete all remaining tasks by the end of the week and prepare for the following week.
• Weekly Check-In:  Check in with the team for any last-minute updates or changes as needed.
