The Senior Director of Learning, Development, and Impact is responsible for building a best-in-class training program that prepares City Year Greater Boston’s 200+ AmeriCorps members to impact student learning, engagement and achievement while also focusing on members’ professional development.
The Senior Director of Learning, Development and Impact will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of the learning and development strategy and differentiated curriculum to ensure all corps members develop as leaders and receive targeted training and support to deliver high-quality service to students in Boston Public Schools and Everett Public Schools. This person is responsible for ensuring corps member L&D solutions drive organizational impact and individual performance goals.
This position will also coordinate a comprehensive job training program for Service Delivery managers in partnership with the People team, Impact Directors, and Instructional Coaches. The Senior Director of Learning, Development, and Impact will build relationships with school-based leadership members and work closely with City Year Greater Boston’s entire Service Impact Department. This position will report to the Managing Director of Service Delivery and will supervise one Learning and Development Manager and the Director of Instructional Coaching.
