We are looking for an Income Analyst (Assistant Accountant) at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

As the Analyst – Income, you will be responsible for managing the processing routines associated with a number of key bank accounts: 

  • working closely with the Engagement function and other teams across the organisation you will ensure that income is recorded in the financial accounting system and supporter (CRM) database accurate and timely manner; undertake project work and ad hoc tasks as required by the business.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Experience of financial processing, bank reconciliation and knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Good planning and organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Tenacity to ensure resolution of issues
  • Able to demonstrate initiative, e.g. through identifying process improvement, and showing flexibility

This role will have the wonderful opportunity to join the apprenticeship scheme and benefit from training provided to study towards their chosen accountancy professional exams/courses.
