Overview
The Bookkeeper is responsible for specific operations of the fiscal department. Responsibilities include bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank deposits, journal entries, intercompany transactions, billing and tenants’ receivables, reconciliation of tenant balances and receipts, processing of leasing documents.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: At least 60 college credits in a 4-year Accounting Program, and a minimum GPA of 3.0 required
Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Excel. Experience using accounting software, Sage, preferred.
Schedule
Monday through Friday (in-office): 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
