    • Coordinate new and ongoing Kulanu programs from planning through implementation.
    • Organize meetings, events, and virtual gatherings for board members, community leaders, volunteers, and partners.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel for staff, volunteers, and visitors (flights, itineraries, logistics, scheduling).
    • Oversee in-kind donations of books, Judaica, and other materials; track community needs, coordinate delivery to communities, and maintain records of items transported by staff or travelers.
    • Maintain and update a variety of databases, including donors, community leaders, and rabbis.
    • Support social media implementation and contribute content when needed.
    • Assist with publications, communications, and special projects as assigned.

    Community & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Work closely with the Board Chair and other board members on ongoing initiatives.
    • Build warm, responsive relationships with donors, community partners, and international community leaders.
    • Initiate and support new fundraising and engagement opportunities.

    Grant Support

    • Assist with the coordination of approximately 25 grants per year.
    • Provide clear guidance to grantees, answer questions, and ensure smooth processing.
    • Track progress and maintain organized documentation.

Photo Archive & Digital Asset Management

    • Organize, catalog, and update Kulanu’s photo archive for programmatic and communications use.
    • Ensure assets are accessible and properly stored.

    Reporting & Process Improvement

    • Prepare concise reports summarizing program, project, and grant outcomes.
    • Recommend improvements to workflows and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Tech-savvy; comfortable with databases (Bloomerang), file systems (Google Drive, SmugMug), and productivity tools.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
    • 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit project coordination, international programs, or related work.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
    • Experience with travel coordination, scheduling, and event logistics preferred.
    • Experience with digital photo archiving or SmugMug is a plus.
    • Passion for global Jewish community development and impact-driven work.
