The UDW Resource Center (URC) is a dynamic nonprofit workers center that provides organizing support, training and education with caregivers in the public and private sectors throughout California. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Manager in San Diego to join our team. The Case Manager will be responsible for supporting caregivers enrolled in community college. They will work closely with other staff members, volunteers, and community partners to ensure the successful delivery of our support of UDW's partnership with the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office. This position will support regions outside of San Diego including but not limited to Orange County, Riverside, and Sacramento. Limited travel may be required.
