Springboard Collaborative invites talented and passionate candidates to apply for the position of Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for sales pipeline maintenance in their assigned region. A successful candidate will have a disciplined approach, customer orientation, dogged and creative pursuit of goals, and be a strong relationship builder.


The Account Executive will report to the Senior Director, Sales and work as part of the Partnerships team at Springboard. This is a great opportunity to support an entrepreneurial team in maximizing the impact of a rapidly growing organization.

Here are your priorities in the first year:

  • Generate $420k in revenue
  •  Contract to serve 1,500 students
  • Create, build, and maintain a pipeline that supports your gap to goal
  • Average 4+ newly created opportunities per week
  • Maintain 20%+ conversion rate

  • Cross-team collaboration


What you offer us

Here are qualifications we expect the right candidate to have:

  • Disciplined approach: Your pipeline is meticulously managed and you move customers through the sales process using a consistent cadence; You are disciplined with your time and you log all interactions in the CRM.
  • Customer orientation: You are committed to deeply meeting the needs of customers (current and prospective); Your curiosity leads to a deep understanding of our customers’ problems and how we can solve them.
  • Relationship builder: You are a skillful, proactive, and persistent relationship-builder. Your enthusiasm for our offerings comes across in each interaction, and customers respect your work ethic, integrity, and authenticity.
  • Dogged and creative pursuit of goals: You sink your teeth into quarterly goals and continually problem solve in order to reach them; You are optimistic and one bad day won’t phase you; You stay grinding, knowing that sales is a marathon and not a sprint.


It would also be nice if:

  • 2+ years experience in education sales
  • Classroom teaching experience, ideally in K-5 ELA would be an incredible bonus
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with drive to excel in whatever you tackle

 

While this description is meant to provide an overview of the responsibilities of the Account Executive, we are seeking candidates who demonstrate flexibility and can adapt to evolving needs in an entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation

This is a full-time, remote position. Springboard Collaborative offers a base + variable compensation package, commensurate with Springboard Collaborative's Associate-level compensation band.

  • Twelve weeks paid parental leave for eligible employees
