We are looking for a thoughtful, creative, and mission-driven Marketing and Communications Manager to help tell the Emma’s Torch story in compelling, strategic, and values-aligned ways.
About the Role
The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead Emma’s Torch’s external communications, ensuring that our messaging, digital presence, media partnerships, and storytelling reflect our mission, amplify our impact, and strengthen our brand. This role will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with our leadership and development teams.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in either our Brooklyn, NY or Silver Spring, MD locations, with some travel required.
Salary range: $68,000–$72,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
