Position Summary: Lead Land Steward
The Lead Land Steward is responsible for maintaining and developing regenerative growing practices and projects at Neighborhood Foods (NF) farm and supporting maintenance at our gardens and parks for neighbors in West Philly. They will work closely with NLPP staff and members in creating collective and collaborative spaces to engage neighbors, members, community groups and volunteers and expand NLPP’s food sovereignty and land justice practices.
Reports to: Interim Executive Director
Pay and Benefits: $20.45/hour, 40 hours per week with a $200 monthly fringe benefit stipend
Status: Non-Exempt, full time

Working conditions: This role requires flexibility in scheduling throughout the season. Early morning, evening, and weekend work may be required. We work in an outdoor urban environment in all weather conditions.
