As our Digital Director, you will help College Track do impactful digital outreach so that we can further their mission, engage supporters effectively, and drive growth. Day to day, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies, oversee website management, content creation, email marketing, digital advertising, and analytics. This position is full-time, exempt. College Track offers a competitive, region-specific, salary based on our compensation philosophy, which is grounded in market data. The full salary range for the position is listed below based on geography.
D.C., Oakland, Los Angeles: $120,000-$180,000
Sacramento & New Orleans: $114,000-$171,000
Denver Metro: $108,000-$162,000
As a new staff member, you can likely expect an offer in the middle of the range to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time at College Track. The target range for each location is listed below.
D.C., Oakland, Los Angeles: $147,000 - $156,000
Sacramento & New Orleans: $139,650 - $148,200
Denver Metro: $132,300 - $140,400
