Located in Hatfield, MA

• Full time (Monday through Friday) working in the office 
• Annual salary range: $36,000 to $39,000

Monadnock, a multimedia design and production firm, is hiring! 

We’re looking for a Production Assistant/Researcher with 1-3 years of relevant experience to be part of a team that designs, develops and manages the content of multi-screen videos, media-based immersive experiences, and digital interactive exhibits for museums.  

Responsibilities 

• Research (online and library/archive-based) 
• Acquire and manage media assets (footage, photos, images, audio)
• Obtain licensing and clearances for stills, footage, music, etc. 
• Manage database of media assets
• Help coordinate location shoots 
• Drive people and equipment to and from locations
• Provide production and post-production support
• Log footage/transcribe interviews

Skills Required 

• Experience with research in libraries and archives
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Good communication and strong organizational skills 
• Attention to detail and follow through
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining spreadsheets
• Desire and ability to work as part of a larger team
• A working knowledge of editing software is helpful
• (A sense of humor is always welcome!)
