The Learning Officer will play a key role in strengthening EMpower’s approach to learning and impact in Peru and across the Latin America region. The Learning Officer will contribute to improved programmatic insights on adolescent mental health, partner support, and fostering a strong learning culture by systematizing knowledge generated through grantmaking, youth engagement, and partner collaboration. All of this knowledge will be consolidated into a shared, easily accessible platform—developed by the Learning Officer—that will be available to all key stakeholders in the youth mental health ecosystem.
The Learning Officer will report to the Regional Programme Director, Latin America and work closely with programme officers, consultants, and grantee partners.

Compensation
The compensation range for this one-year consultancy is $21,000-$26,000.
Fixed-Term Contract
This consultancy is a one-year, fixed term contract at 80% time (4 days/week). Contract renewal will be dependent on available funding.
