Position Overview
Arnold Ventures’ Operational Planning and Data Strategy team (OPD) is an autonomous unit within the larger Arnold Ventures operations team that is responsible for: Cross-ops team coordination and communication with the larger organization; project planning and leadership of cross-operations projects; and design of all customizable software tools used for the collection and monitoring of AV partner relationships (i.e., Salesforce, Quorum, SurveyMonkey, DocuSign). In pursuit of these responsibilities, OPD will identify, develop, and implement data collection and operational processes that deliver maximally feasible efficiency, compliance, and usability to Arnold Ventures’ operations teams, programmatic teams, and leadership.
Reporting to AV’s Salesforce Platform Architect, the Salesforce Administrator will support and enhance AV’s Salesforce platform and other technology tools. This position will be based in our Houston, TX office.
