Elementary English teacher - 2022-23 School Year

Lycée Français de New York, a French-American school with a strong English program, has an opening for an Elementary English teacher for the 2022-23 school year. We are looking for a teacher who:

• is interested in working in a bilingual French/English setting
• has experience teaching grades 1-5
• has training in Childhood Education with a bachelor's degree or higher
• has training/background in English/ ELA
• has a strong writing and speaking skills in English
• is innovative and technology-savvy
• enjoys collaborating on curriculum and project-based learning
• is adaptable, flexible and willing to teach several different grades
• has a commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity
• has some proficiency in French and is willing to learn more
