The Position
The Learning Events Manager is responsible for managing the Out & Equal Workplace Summit workshop logistics, along with other key leadership development offerings. This will be a public-facing role. Relationship-building skills, acute attention to detail, project management skills and enthusiasm for the organization’s vision and mission with corporate change agents are essential to success. This position reports to the L&D Senior Director. This is a remote position, with California Bay Area or DC Metro Area preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Event Support (Summit, ExFo) - 50%
Leadership Development - 40%
Other - 10%

As an incoming L&D Manager, you will ideally possess many, though perhaps not all, of the following characteristics and qualifications:
Work Environment: Out & Equal is currently fully remote, except for occasional travel to events and in-person meetings (subject to change).
Travel Required: < 20%, subject to change
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt, Permanent
